I'm starting over.

Greetings from Arizona, fam! 🌡

Something MUST be going on with the planets, because the wind of change has been strong over here. Or maybe it's just the 117-degree wind blowing in my face like a blowtorch.

Anyway.

After years of hosting all of my personal content and KBM content on @courtneykeepingbalance, the time has finally come:

KBM is getting her very own Instagram page.

She's all grown up! πŸ₯Ή

This is really exciting for a lot of reasons:

1️⃣ My @courtneykeepingbalance page is getting a re-brand! New profile pic, who dis? New colors, who dis?! 🍭 I totally blame my friend Rachel, who helped me learn my color season and step into my bright, high-contrast color era. It's crazy what colors can do! My confidence has soared and I started feeling more unapologetically...me. Think: more funny content, more relatable content, more lifestyle + nutrition content that I've been holdin out on ya...along with the usual suspects you've come to expect like my Hashimoto's journey, hot takes on women's health and fitness, and daily tips + education.

2️⃣ The new page, @keepingbalancemethod, will be 100% focused on KBM - cyclical fitness, fitness tips, workouts, and app news. I'll be going SO much deeper into cyclical fitness over there, and I know you are going to love it.

Truth be told, it was difficult to balance showing up as Courtney and giving KBM the platform it deserves...from one page. That's when it hit me: KBM has grown into its own entity. She's a proven methodology in app form. She NEEDS her own space. πŸ‘‘

So, if you followed me to learn how your menstrual cycle interacts with your workouts, you need to follow @keepingbalancemethod. But I sure hope you stick around on my OG page, too! There is so much fun to be had on both profiles.

While this is the natural progression for any business, product, or worldwide movement πŸ˜‰, it's slightly emotional for me to let KBM leave the nest and spread her wings. Let's be real, it's still me behind both accounts, but it's still emotional mmkay?!

Hope you've got your seat belts on, folks - this next evolution is about to be a fuuuun ride!

As always, thank you SO much for your support in my endeavors of keeping balance, and this is another one of those things. Hope you've got your seat belts on, though - this next evolution is about to be a fuuuun ride!

Alright folks, you're officially caught up and know exactly where to find me + what to expect moving forward!

Which reminds me, you can also catch me over on Threads! The trolls haven't made their way over there yet, so it's such a fun place to be. πŸ₯³

Cheering you on always,

Courtney Babilya

I CAN’T BELIEVE IT! We’ve been serving up sustainable fitness for women that DELIVERS on results for a whole year! Have you tried KBM yet?! Downloaded the app but haven't started yet! Been using and LOVE! Not yet but I'm interested... In the past 12 months, KBMers have been sharing that they: Have never been more consistent with exercise in their LIFE Are experiencing symptom-free cycles Are hitting new PRs and nailing new skills Finally stopped being so hard on themselves and started to...

I'm about to give you a little insider knowledge: Cycle syncing may not be for you. Yep, let me explain. When it comes to exercise, the term "cycle syncing" has become defined as doing different types of fitness throughout the cycle, such as strength training in the follicular phase, boxing or HIIT during the ovulatory phase, pilates in the luteal phase, and yoga in the menstrual phase. This approach is fabulous if you want to move your body more, work on your general fitness and wellness,...

Ladies, it's been an interesting few months in the world of fitness + women's health (my two ❀️'s), so I combed through the research to bring you the important stuff. I want to get straight to it, so let's cut the fluff and dive in! 1️⃣ Women need half as much exercise as men to get the same longevity benefit. YES, you read that correctly. The Journal of the American College of Cardiology published these findings last month. Ji, Gulati, et al used a prospective model on 412,413 American...
