2023 in Review: a KBM New Year's Party

Happy New Year, KBM Fam! πŸŽ‰

Gosh, 2023 had it all - the ups, the downs, and the allll arounds. Today, you deserve to reflect on your own highlight reel and celebrate the HECK out of what you accomplished.

Sure, we learned hard lessons and struggled at times. But screw it. We kicked ass, too. πŸ’ͺ🏻 Let's wrap up KBM's year and ring in the new year with some gifts, shall we?!

This was a year of transformation for the Babilya crew, and if you told me this time last year I'd be writing this email from my residence in Arizona, I'd laugh in disbelief. And yet, here we are - eating lunch in the backyard in December, going for hikes in the desert, and living out west like we always talked about. The change has been uncomfortable at times, but I'm proud of us.

I would also hesitate if you told me I was about to get my labs re-checked to see how my Hashimoto's is doing. My Hashi-what?! I never thought I'd be one to embark on an autoimmune journey, but we don't get to choose every part of our story - just how we react to it. For that, I'm proud too.

2023 also brought us:

✨ Unstoppable, and with that over 1,000 women who are stronger than ever without the burnout!

✨ The KBM app!

✨ The Membership!

✨ 19 new podcast episodes

...as well as amazing new community members whom I cherish. ❀️

2024, Here We Come:

This year, KBM will continue to support your fitness and wellness with:

  • more programs
  • more resources
  • more podcast episodes

....and a few surprises up my sleeve, too. πŸ˜‰

For starters, take 25% off the annual KBM Membership with code HELLO2024.

If progressive strength training is more your thing, take $50 off Unstoppable with code STRONG50.

*Unstoppable now comes with access to the Expert Lounge for more support and resources!

You'll have until the end of the week to cash in on your gifts, because I for one am still recovering from Christmas. It's perfectly okay to ease into the year!

Before I let you go...THANK YOU for making KBM such a fun and supportive place to be. I'm so proud of each and every one of you. Life is hard, but we're showing up. We're doing the work. We're growing and evolving. And we're loving ourselves in the process. This is NOT an easy feat and if nothing else, I hope that you take some time this week to look yourself in the mirror and say thank you to YOURSELF for everything you're doing for your body and your mind. It's a beautiful thing.

And with that...

Happy New Year and 2024 - we're ready for you!

xoxo,

Courtney

Greetings from Arizona, fam! 🌡 Something MUST be going on with the planets, because the wind of change has been strong over here. Or maybe it's just the 117-degree wind blowing in my face like a blowtorch. Anyway. After years of hosting all of my personal content and KBM content on @courtneykeepingbalance, the time has finally come: KBM is getting her very own Instagram page. She's all grown up! πŸ₯Ή This is really exciting for a lot of reasons: 1️⃣ My @courtneykeepingbalance page is getting a...

I CAN’T BELIEVE IT! We’ve been serving up sustainable fitness for women that DELIVERS on results for a whole year! Have you tried KBM yet?! Downloaded the app but haven't started yet! I'm about to give you a little insider knowledge: Cycle syncing may not be for you. Yep, let me explain. When it comes to exercise, the term "cycle syncing" has become defined as doing different types of fitness throughout the cycle, such as strength training in the follicular phase, boxing or HIIT during the ovulatory phase, pilates in the luteal phase, and yoga in the menstrual phase. This approach is fabulous if you want to move your body more, work on your general fitness and wellness,...
